Amazing May madness
What a chock-a-block month May is. There is a day set aside to honour our workers, a special day for all Moms and a not-so-relaxing day for all Comrades Marathon participants.

To help you get through the month, we - in this, the first newsletter of the South African Society of Physiotherapy - bring you tips and information on how to prevent back ache at work. We also share some exercise secrets for busy Moms, and look at the importance of stretching - especially for those who will be tackling the long road from Pietermaritzburg to Durban on 30 May.

And if all this sounds too tense, we tell you how to handle stress! All in the interest of your improved health!

Best wishes,

South African Society of Physiotherapy
